Creating accounts for guest purchases

We've recently updated our ordering system to create an account automatically for all customers who purchased as a guest. This is to make it easier to order again for a second time.

Once the initial guest order is placed, a temporary password is emailed, which is used for logging in to the account. The guest email is the account email and the temporary password can be changed once the initial log in is made.
