Refund Policy

Refund Procedure (for orders not yet delivered or picked up)

  • We accept cancellations and will provide a full store credit refund if an order is cancelled before 5pm on business days.
  • Orders placed after 5pm for next day cannot be cancelled.
  • We do not offer cash refunds

Refund Procedure (for orders already delivered or picked up)

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service and would like a store credit refund, email orders@loomas.com.au within 3 days of the order pick up or delivery date. We will assess your claim and determine if we can offer a refund based on the situation. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your complaint.

Refund Method

  • If your order is eligible for a refund as per the above conditions, we will refund the amount as store credit on our website, under your customer account. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
