Delivery Orders

Orders can be placed for next day or future date delivery
Delivery is 7 days/week
For next day delivery, place orders by 9.30pm
Delivery options (i.e. address, date and time) are entered at online check out

Contactless Delivery

If you prefer contactless delivery, simply include instructions just before payment at checkout. Our drivers are careful and respectful of COVID19 related requests in relation to delivery.

Delivery Time/Cost

[NOTE] - CBD Deliveries between specific time windows are $5 flat (Free between 8am and 3.30pm)
The following delivery options are available anywhere in Sydney:

Anytime Delivery (FREE Anywhere in Sydney) - Your order will arrive at some time between 8.00am and 3.30pm**.
Before 1pm, $10* - Your order will arrive before 1pm.
VIP Delivery, cost depends on suburb* (between 8am and 10am) - Delivered between 8am and 10am**.
VIP Delivery, cost depends on suburb* (between 9am and 11am) - Delivered between 9am and 11am.

*$5 for CBD deliveries.
**On really busy days order may arrive earlier than 8am

What is minimum order for delivery?

Minimum order to most Sydney suburbs is $50. On special dates like Christmas Eve, Valentine's Day etc, min. order may be higher. There is no minimum order for pick up.
Some regional Sydney suburbs may have a higher min. order.

Delivery to Corporates

We offer FREE delivery to Sydney CBD corporates, or $5 flat fee if specific time window is requested (e.g. between 8am and 10am). This is great order required before a meeting/function start time, e.g. 10am.

Delivery Locations

We deliver anywhere in Sydney.
We may be able to deliver to areas in outer Sydney, depending on order amount + delivery address. Please email info@loomas.com.au to enquire about this.

Same Day Delivery

We no longer offer same day delivery. Next day delivery is available if you order before 9.30pm.

What If There’s No One There?

If there is no one to accept delivery at specified address, customer service will call contact number registered with the order. If contact can’t be made, order is either left at delivery address if suitable to do so or returned to our kitchen (in most cases), after which we will contact the paying customer to organise a pick up from our Bankstown factory - within 3 days of the delivery date.
