Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all suburbs of Metropolitan Sydney.
Can you deliver outside of Sydney?
Normally we don't. If the order amount is over $1500 we may deliver outside of Sydney, depending on delivery suburb. Enquire via live chat with customer service.
What days do you deliver?
We normally deliver Mon to Sat, and occasionally deliver Sundays depending on staff availability (min order for Sunday is $90). If we are delivering on a particular Sunday a notice is published at the top of our website indicating so.

As a side note, if you're planning ahead for a Sunday event, you can have your order delivered on Sat and keep it refrigerated overnight. Our products are perfectly fine to store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Do you offer same day delivery?
How much notice do you need?
If you order before 5pm you can select next day delivery (or future date) at check out. Sometimes we may accept orders after 5pm for next day - if so, this will be indicated via a notice published at the top of our website.
My party is at a restaurant - can you deliver there?
Yes. If you have a party or function at a restaurant, pub, club or function centre, we can deliver your order straight there and we'll let you know once the order is delivered via SMS. You'll just need to check with the venue that they're open during business hours, otherwise delivery may not be possible.
What are the delivery times?
Deliveries are typically done between 8am and 3.30pm. More specific time windows are available at an extra cost (see below).

Can I request an afternoon delivery?
No. We can't guarantee afternoon deliveries.
Can I pick up my order?
No. We are purely a delivery service covering all Sydney suburbs.
Do you make smaller/bigger cake sizes?
No. We offer an 8-inch size (around 20cm) as this has proven to be most popular over the years. It serves up to 14 people.
Are your cakes freshly baked?
Yes, we are constantly making batches of our delicious cakes, day in, day out.
Do you offer gluten free cakes?
Yes. Check them out here. They are very popular and you'll never guess that they're gluten free.
Are your cakes Halal?
Yes. We only use halal-based ingredients for all products. No alcohol is used in any of cakes or other sweets.
Do you have vegan cakes?
Yes. Our vegan chocolate cake is both vegan and gluten free. Very popular!

Do your cakes have raw ingredients, e.g. raw eggs?
All our products are cooked throughout without any raw ingredients including eggs. All of our cakes are suitable for pregnant women.
Can your cakes be frozen?
Yes. Upon delivery, the product temperature sits at around 1-2 degrees celsius. You can store any of our products in the freezer for months. Once removed from the freezer, allow 3-4 hours for cakes to thaw. With macarons, they only need around 30mins to thaw once removed from the freezer.
What payment options are there?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Debit cards are also accepted.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
Standard minimum order for delivery is $70 (some regional Sydney suburbs have a higher minimum).
On especially busy days min. order is $80 to cover staff overtime / penalty rates. These dates are:
What if nobody is home to accept the delivery?
If there is no one to accept a delivery, the driver will call the contact number registered with the order for instructions. If contact can’t be made, the order will likely be returned to our kitchen.
Please note that our drivers usually cannot wait more than 10 mins at a delivery destination.
We offer redelivery of an order for $30, organised by customer service for orders that couldn't be delivered first time.
Do you offer custom products or changes to existing products?
No. Our products are sold 'as is', i.e. as they appear on our website. We don't tailor products ordered to specific customer needs.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations and will provide full store credit refund if order is cancelled before 5pm on business days. We do not offer cash refunds
