Gluten free cakes can be vegan, depending on the ingredients used. Looma's vegan chocolate cake and vegan carrot cake are both gluten free as well as vegan.

Typically no. Looma's gluten free cakes taste just as good as any other Looma's cake, and they definitely are not dry.

What is gluten free cake made of?

Gluten free cakes contain typical cake ingredients such as chocolate, butter, sugar - only difference is that they don't contain gluten/wheat.
