The most amazing cheesecake you'll ever taste!
Before You Start
- Cake will result in 16 servings
- Total prep time required is 20 mins
- Total cook time required is 45 mins
- Baking tray
- 10" Round cake ring, 2" tall
- Mixing bowl
- Baking paper
- Cooking spray
- Wooden spoon
- Kitchen aid
- 1500g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 440g Castor sugar
- 400g Whole egg
- 200g White chocolate (melted)
- Vanilla essence 2 Table spoons
- Ingredients for cheesecake base
- 250g Biscuit crumbs
- 125g Melted butter
- 5g Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method for Biscuit Base
Step 1 - Melt butter until warm
Step 2 - Combine biscuit crumb, salt and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Mix ingredients together until well combined.
Step 3 - Pour in melted butter and stir with wooden spoon until well combined.
Step 4 - Lay baking paper on baking tray. Spray the inside of the cheesecake ring around and place on baking tray.
Step 5 - Lay biscuit crumb mix on the base of the cheesecake ring. Pat down with the back of a tablespoon to achieve a smoothly layered base for the cheesecake.
Method for Cheesecake Mix
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 160C
Step 2 - Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence in kitchen aid on low speed until soft and creamy. Scrape down edges and mix again until smooth and free from lumps.
Step 3 - Slowly pour in eggs while machine is mixing on low speed.
Step 4 - Melt white chocolate in the microwave. Once melted slowly pour chocolate into the cheesecake batter while on low speed.
Step 5 - Remove cheesecake mix from kitchen aid.
Step 6 - Pour cheesecake batter into prepared ring until just full, (careful not to overfill).
Step 7 - Place cheesecake into preheated oven for 45mins. Leave to cool for 2 hours before sliding cake ring off the cheesecake.
Leave the cheesecake to sit overnight in the refrigerator before serving. Tastes amazing!
