Single Page Check Out

One of our website projects in the pipeline is to implement a single page check out.

We're always on the look out for ideas to make the ordering process easier, quicker and more convenient for our customers when they order our cakes, croquembouche and party food online.

At the moment our online check out is completed in 6 steps - we'd like to simplify this so that there are no 'Continue' buttons between steps and the fields to fill in are reduced. Essentially check out should be a one step process with all required fields visible in a single viewing once you get to the check out page.

Our management team constantly find themselves discussing ways to improve our technology. We're particularly enthralled by the ordering technology developed by dominos pizza - the ordering process, customer communication, driver tracking technology - it's just as important to have these in place as it is to offer tasty pizzas!
